Power Group Announces Updated Shareholding Structure and Board Appointment
The Power Group announces an update to its shareholding structure, effective 1 October 2026, with JP Snyman Group (JPSG) holding a 52% shareholding in the Group.
Power has a long and valued history, built on the vision of its founders, the dedication of its people and the relationships established over many years. We recognise the significance of this change and the contribution of everyone who has played a part in shaping the Group into what it is today. As we move forward, we remain mindful of this legacy and committed to building on the strong foundations that have been established.
We also confirm the appointment of Andrea Ziegers to the boards of Power Construction (Pty) Ltd, Power Developments (Pty) Ltd and Power Development Projects (Pty) Ltd. Since joining Power in January 2011, Andrea has progressed from Site Agent to Project Manager in the EMS Division, bringing valuable experience and a thorough understanding of the Group’s operations.
The boards of all three companies comprise JP Snyman, GA Gilbert and AL Ziegers.
